Coverski offers a 7-day Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.
All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that they reach you without any damages.
Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, if you feel any problem with the product, or if the product is received in an unusable condition for any reason, you can ask for a replacement for the product, and our team will help you out in the best ways possible.
You will be required to send us a very small video via email: coverskiofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 81269 26998 explaining the issue and why the product delivered is received in an unusable condition. Our team will 100% make sure to rectify the issue at the earliest possible.

Important Notices:

Color Variations: Since all monitors and phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), replacements in case of color differences will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference in monitor/screen colors. 🙂

Product Material: Please read the description carefully about the product material before placing your order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product descriptions of each product. Replacements will not be provided if you ordered the wrong material.

Product Design: Please look at the reference photos on the product page to see how the product looks from the top, bottom, and sides in the banner images. There won’t be any replacements if you did not see the side images and had different expectations. Rest assured, the products are carefully designed to be protective from all 4 sides. The raised lip on the top and bottom protects the phone from any unusual fall that might happen.
